La prevención sin límites lleva a aberraciones, pues además ha de fiarse de métodos diagnósticos inciertos. Es un claro abuso médico, como bien demuestran las inconsistencias en el diagnóstico radiológico del cribaje del cáncer de mama y en diagnóstico anatomopatológico en el del melanoma.
Prevention without limits creates monsters. Prevention has week foundations, as diagnostic methods with no scientific base. Good example are the problems with the interpretation of mammography in the screening of breast cancer and with the diagnosis of melanoma.
